Section 1: Definitions (a) Unemployment Benefits: It refers to the weekly cash payments made to eligible individuals who have lost their jobs. Section 2: Increase in Weekly Unemployment Benefits (a) The maximum weekly unemployment benefits payment for qualified Floridian individuals shall be increased to $440. (b) This provision shall be effective for all new benefit claims made on or after 1st January 2022.
