Preamble:

(b) The regulatory body shall be headed by at least one representative from each gender identity category represented in the league, including male, female, non-binary, and genderqueer representatives.
(c) The regulatory body shall ensure that all participants are given equal opportunities, and that no form of discrimination or harassment occurs within the league.
Section 4: Requirements for Participation
(a) Participants must meet the age and performance requirements as set by the regulatory body.
(b) Participants must adhere to the league's code of conduct and observe all rules and regulations set by the regulatory body.
(c) Participants will not be required to undergo gender verification tests.
Section 5: Funding
(a) The league shall be funded through government sponsorship, donations, and corporate sponsorship.
(b) The regulatory body shall ensure that all funds received are used to meet the league's operational and developmental needs.
Section 6: Severability
If any provision of this Act is declared invalid, or unconstitutional, such a decision shall not invalidate any other provision or provisions thereof.
Section 7: Effective Date
This Act shall take effect immediately.
