Protect Free Thinking Politicians Act
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Congress assembled:
Section 1: The Purpose of the Bill
The purpose of this bill is to abolish political parties in the United States of America. Political parties have subverted the intent of the governmental system and have become a source of power and self-interest rather than serving the interests of the American people.
Section 2: Abolishment of Political Parties
All political parties shall be abolished in the United States of America. No party shall be allowed to register or conduct any political activities, including but not limited to endorsing, financing, or promoting any candidate for any public office.
Section 3: Restoration of the Democratic Republic System
This bill aims to restore the democratic republic by promoting individual candidacy and encouraging free-thinking and unbiased political views. By abolishing political parties, candidates will be free of the constraints imposed by political parties loyal only to themselves and their highest bidders.
Section 4: Effective Date
This bill shall take effect immediately after its ratification.
Section 5: Funding
All necessary funds for the implementation and enforcement of this bill shall be provided by the government.
Section 6: Severability
If any provision of this bill or any application thereof is held to be invalid, the remainder of the bill and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 7: Conclusion
It is the duty of the government to serve the people, and this bill aims to abolish political parties that have subverted the will of the people.
