Protect Free Thinking Politicians Act Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Congress assembled: Section 1: The Purpose of the Bill The purpose of this bill is to abolish political parties in the United States of America. Political parties have subverted the intent of the governmental system and have become a source of power and self-interest rather than serving the interests of the American people. Section 2: Abolishment of Political Parties All political parties shall be abolished in the United States of America. No party shall be allowed to register or conduct any political activities, including but not limited to endorsing, financing, or promoting any candidate for any public office. Section 3: Restoration of the Democratic Republic System This bill aims to restore the democratic republic by promoting individual candidacy and encouraging free-thinking and unbiased political views.
