Bill: AI Class in High Schools Now

Introduction:


The importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our daily lives cannot be overemphasized. AI has rapidly impacted various sectors of life. It is therefore imperative that our education system keeps up with these changes. To achieve this, it is vital that AI is introduced as a class subject in high school. 


Section 1 - Purpose:


The purpose of this bill is to introduce AI as a class subject for high schoolers. This bill seeks to provide a platform for high school students to learn about AI, its various applications, and to equip them with the necessary skills to harness the potential benefits of AI.


Section 2 - Application:


This bill applies to all high schools in the country. 


Section 3 - Implementation:


(a) The Department of Education shall collaborate with experts in AI to develop a comprehensive curriculum for AI. The curriculum shall cover the theoretical and practical aspect of AI, its applications and shall provide hands-on training to students.


(b) All high schools shall make AI a mandatory class subject.
