Bill Title: Sports Equality Act Preamble: An Act to create a sporting league that provides equal opportunities to all gender identities. Section 1: Definitions For the purpose of this act, the following definitions apply: (a) Gender identity refers to a person's internal sense of being male, female, a blend of both or neither, which can differ from the sex assigned at birth. (b) Sporting league refers to a collection of teams competing in a series of organized matches or games. Section 2: Establishment of a Sporting League (a) There shall be established a sporting league that provides equal opportunities to all gender identities.
