A Bill to Criminalize Car Headlights which are Damaging and Dangerous Whereas, car headlights are an essential component of a vehicle that helps drivers see during night time and low light conditions. Whereas, many drivers often modify their headlights to increase their brightness, which causes discomfort to other drivers, and pedestrians. Whereas, excessively bright or improperly adjusted headlights can cause visual impairment, eye strain, and headaches leading to dangerous driving conditions. Whereas, damaging headlights such as broken or cracked, can also cause glare, obstruction, or failure to light up the road, posing a hazard to the driver, pedestrians, and other motorists. Therefore, the following bill shall be enacted: Section 1: Title This bill shall be known as the "Car Headlights Safety Act."
