Bill: Department of Time Traveling Act
SECTION 1. Title This bill shall be known as the "Department of Time Traveling Act" SECTION 2. Declaration of Policy It is hereby declared the policy of the State to safeguard the integrity of time travel and to ensure that it is used for the greater good. In pursuit of this policy, the State shall establish the Department of Time Traveling which shall be responsible for the implementation of this Act. SECTION 3. Creation of Department of Time Traveling We hereby create a department under the executive branch of government to be known as the Department of Time Traveling. The Department of Time Traveling shall be composed of a Director, a Deputy Director, and such number of employees as may be deemed necessary by the Director to carry out the provisions of this Act.
